rating profiles?

I don't know if this would go anywears but I think that it would be cool if we could rate each others profiles. It would have to be in a way inwitch you could only rate once so no one perposly rates multiple times to make the score go up or down. Just something simple like Vote up and vote down. And there will be one number saying something like,
"75% of voters likes this profile"
Or
You can vote 1-10 and it will say something like,
"average score-6"

I know that there isn't really any perpose to the rating that will do much for the sight but it might be cool. Except for the people who gets bad votes and gets mad because of it.

well I think it could be a good idea but yeah what's the point in it, I dont think many people would change their profile just because they are voted bad or anything i think the profile is just a personal thing shrug

This has been suggested before. The theory is if audio profiles can be rated then why not text files? Perhaps it would be a way to make people more interested in writing a good profile. Personally I don't care much for the idea but that's just 'cause I'd never bother rating anyone else's profile, nor would I care what ratings I get.
